三分鐘熱度

這首歌作者並沒有解釋太多，不過從字面上的意思，你很自然會把它跟溫室效應、氣候異變聯想在一起。歌詞中出現如「避難」、「冰河期」、「辯論」、「小孩優先」等字眼，大致上都符合溫室效應這三十年的的演進。再加上Radiohead是素食者，所以的確有可能會寫出跟環保有關的歌。

歌名的idioteque的意思，應該是說大家是笨蛋吧！被商人、政客騙了，盲目的消費，把自己賴以維生的家園都快毀掉了，但只不過是讓商人大賺一筆。
