這首歌從字面上意思來解讀，應該是在講整個社會糖中毒，導致秩序混亂。之前曾有駭人聽聞的日本厚生專家說：日本越來越常見的青少年殺人事件，可能和小孩子糖吃太多，血糖處在飆升與劇降，導致情緒不佳有關，超瞎的。不過歌裡描述的這個人，大致上就是我們認為的神經病，最可怕的是還有暴力傾向。
