Carpr Diem是法文的「把握今天，及時行樂」。這首歌鼓吹的倒不是什麼享樂，而是要你把握今天，用力的活著。但不同的是，這首歌的範圍侷限在個人，並不是鼓勵你去打破「外在的規範」，而是打破「你為自己設下的限制」：通常人活久了，往往不敢全心投入一件事，不敢想像自己失敗的蠢樣，但卻不知道自己這樣苟活著，最後究竟錯過了什麼。
