三分鐘熱度

這首歌是想紀錄一種人生的低潮，據說作者寫這首歌時，他跟老婆離婚，被趕出家門，只好睡在朋友家的客廳，只能寫個「慘」字，所以這首歌也只是一直在碎念些腦中的想法。

其實「慘」只是別人從外面看你的評語，當你自己專注在你自己的問題之中時，如果你一直在想辦法解決它，大多數時間，你根本感受不到「慘」是什麼。
